Procedure for Application:

Present this completed form with all appropriate fees to the Membership Secretary at the Board of Directors meeting (first Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm)
Acceptance of application is contingent upon attendance of New Member Orientation (second Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm)
Membership credentials will be presented at the General Membership meeting (third Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm)
